All of our Kraken products are made to order , which means no exchanges or returns are accepted after purchase.
Exception: In case of error on our part or manufacturing defect, please refer to the warranty below.
30-day guarantee
- The warranty is valid for 30 days from receipt of your order.
- It only covers manufacturing defects .
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear is not covered .
Products from other brands
Final sale / Exchange possible
Our products from other brands are final sale , but can be exchanged within 15 days of receipt .
To exchange a product:
- Send us an email to let us know you would like to exchange.
- We will provide you with the return address (return costs are your responsibility)
- Once we receive your package, we will add a credit to your account for the exchange amount, so you can order the correct size or product.
